What happens when a primitive civilization meets an advanced one?

It is likely that the advanced one will enter the scenario with some kind of agenda.

Seeking either resources or to further it’s knowledge or the attainment of something not disclosed to the “subject”. Perhaps seeking to either control or empower the less intelligent being.

Has this ever happened before in our history?

So far we only have accounts written within historical artifacts, at least those that are publicly available. The main religions only date back to these discoveries, so earlier history is mainly based on geological and archaeology findings, again limited to what is released to the public.

What are Gods?

To religious believers, it’s important not to question the existence of God or indeed the “word” of God. You simply believe and act according to the religious texts, nothing more should concern you. The access to divine knowledge is also forbidden. This is a red flag if we are to further consider ourselves completely “free”, which under all religions, we are not. We have to comply fully to what our religious leaders, priests, and Gods, tell us.

From a logical viewpoint, “Gods” are created primarily by what we cannot fully comprehend, at least at the present state of our intellect. As primitives we observed phenomena that we couldn’t fully understand. Some people wrote the information down, others transcribed and translated this information into other dialects, introducing their own “spin” on the subject matter, often supporting their own agendas in the process.

Earlier religions, and the people practicing it are either cast out or executed under heresy “laws”, if they cannot be “converted” to the new faith.

Are written accounts trustworthy and even original?

As we will see shortly, the repeating of information through the ages has been evident right across history. Often by digging deeper, you will find that the origin of information is in fact far older and wildly different than you are told. History is after all, an account written by a particular set of people, either victorious after battle, or during political upheavals or equally challenging social times.

Even in our own memories, within a single lifetime, we can construe and conflate stories, believing them to be true, when in fact they are wildly wrong. Some of the information is altered to give a different perspective, enforcing a style of belief that agrees with our identity, or at least the one that we wish to portray.

Like a movie that is based on a book title, the end result usually turns out to be a very different account with different messages inserted according to the directors aspirations and intent to portray the story in a particular fashion for the observer.

In the above example, we can clearly see similar stories with changes (and exclusions) of names and in particular, the number of Gods involved.

What actually happened?

Of course I have no way of knowing anything, based on a few scrolls turned into a book or tablets translated from an ancient tongue.

The main points are all that we can focus on, these being:

There were many gods, now there is one.

Likely the modernisation of religion to conform to political agendas (by the Romans etc). Better to be unified under a single God than to have diversification. The kings and commanders often took control of the religion and changed it to allign with their own agendas.

There was a flood.

This is also backed up by geological study and is believed to have happened anywhere from 7000 years ago to 13000 years ago, following the “Younger Dryas” event.

My own theory is that we did come into contact with other civilizations. Some on the Earth already, and some perhaps from more distant places.

Whilst we do have many ancient structures on the planet that seemingly do have a purpose, such as those of astrological significance, places of worship etc, there are some, such as the Pyramids, that truly boggle the mind. The level of engineering contained within them has caused us to come up with all kinds of explanations as to how they were built and what their original purpose was.

Recent discoveries of large structures beneath the buildings throw further light on their original purpose. I don’t believe that they were intended merely as “burial sites” and I tend to support the power generation proposal that Tesla investigated, which would further tie in with advanced civilizations having previously visited the area. I’m sure that we live in a time where, with the right technology, we are able to discern fact from fiction, and the history books can be re-written with truth, in so much as those controlling the media will allow anyway. It’s important to note that knowledge is purposely hidden from us. We only have access to the edited version of what happened.

All we can look for are things which don’t make logical sense.

The lack of hieroglyphs on the Great Pyramid would suggest that it wasn’t designed to be used as a tomb. It was more than likely found and utilised by the Egyptians.

There may be possible several reasons for shifting from many Gods to a single God.

The many myths and stories suggesting a “power struggle” amongst them, is completely believable. Perhaps there were many civilizations “visiting” us at the time, over a few thousand years.

One of which created (or altered) our DNA from apes or neanderthals, thus essentially creating us out of an already evolved species. There are also suggestions from non-mainstream sources that suggest cross species breeding, which aligns perfectly with the biblical story of the “fallen angels” that lusted after terrestial women.

The story may well have been “created” to fit into a reality that we could understand. I think many stories were circulated just to make things more palatable or communicable across the generations.

There are other stories, such as the one of giants (The Nephilim) that were offspring of Angels and Man. I don’t think this should be taken literally, it’s more likely to be a creation of one of the higher civilizations.

I’ve always had the impression that we are all a “part” of God. Now, whether that’s come from the bible or some other text, I’m not too sure, but it’s “stuck” with me nonetheless. If we do contain a DNA sequence that was spliced from another civilization, then this would be true, as we would then be a hybrid species.

Going back to the bible stories, it also suggests that we had much longer lives back then, of many hundreds of years. But due to disease and degeneration (or sin?) this was reduced drastically. Perhaps (after the flood?) we were purposely re-engineered or limited to be a century at most mortal being, unable to progress to be anything greater, inhibited by design and unable to reach the heights in intelligence of the more advanced civilizations, or Gods as we saw them.

This also raises the question as to whether the flood, as many religions state in their account, was intentional in order to reduce our species back down to a smaller and more controllable number. Destroying another failed experiment perhaps? As scientists would in a laboratory environment.

Lastly, I can’t help but entertain the notion that some civilizations could possibly be only part biological, with a cold, mechanised, purposeful, calculating view of the universe and every species that dwells within it. Chimeric in nature and not a “pure” breed from a naturally developed and descended lineage, as some civilizations are perceived to be.

We have observed “nature” as a carefully balanced eco system. If such a system is allowed to develop naturally, the creatures contained within it will evolve based on there ability to survive and adapt over millenia. Even in a comparatively stable environment which is Earth, it still has its extremities of temperature and species have to adapt in order to survive. In some isolated places, in a closed off Japanese valley surrounded by mountains for example, there are species of plants and trees that exist nowhere else.

We ourselves were seen as “Gods” to the primitives, as we flew over the Amazon jungle in our noisy metal birds ...
